Anglian Flight Centre" took off" as an entirely new venture at Earls Colne Airfield in 1983, and has grown steadily ever since.

They are dedicated to a high standard of tuition, with an emphasis on the personal approach tailored to suit individual requirements. Over the years we have steadily built up a fleet of aircraft which are rigorously maintained. These are available for both students and qualified pilots - the plane that is used one day for student training may be hired the next for a cross-channel trip by a qualified pilot.

With a fleet of modern Cessna and Robin aircraft aircraft, the club continues to train to a very high standard - many of our members have graduated into the professional world and have jobs in the airlines. If you've flown in an airliner, it is quite possible that a member of the aircrew did their initial training with us!

Unlike some flying schools, at the Anglia Flight Centre you will find a warm, friendly atmosphere. You are welcome to stay after your lesson and have a coffee or tea. You are sure to make friends in the flying world - in fact we encourage you to share your experiences whilst learning to fly, and to get together once you've qualified to explore further afield.
